With a length of 630.69m, the main bridge adopted triple-pylon PC rigid frame structure, which has empty pier with double thin walls and (100+168+100)m main span, ranking the top of its type in China. Completed in 1995, the bridge was rewarded Bronze Prize of National Outstanding Design Awards.
