It is the longest cross-sea bridge in Xiamen with the total length of 8.53km and width of 32m. The highway bridge is located at the right of railway bridge with dual 6-lane. The main bridge is in 8×50.3m continuous girders structure. The highway bridge and railway bridge have joint deck. The highway bridge adopted double hump design, creating the first landscape platform design for bridges in China.
