This railway connects to Luoqiao Station of China Railway Saye Affiliated Railway that runs to Luoqiao – Sike and Wangren – Longshan – Xisai, which has Luoqiao Station and Xisai Industry Station built, Sike Station and Wangren Station to be built. The main line is as long as 29.35km with railway tracks of 37km. It was built according to the standards of Level I metro with designed transport capacity of 10 million tons a year.
