XB Rocket Sled Rail Benchmark Precise Engineering Measurement



Main achievements: 1. It took the lead to apply GPS technology to rocket sled rail benchmark precise engineering measurement successfully in China and developed corresponding GPS networking solution, observation method and data processing technology; 2. It adopted high-precision total-station instrument to test the benchmark position and further verified the reliability of GPS technology; 3. It developed a standard steel ball to replace foot pin to transmit the height and effectively eliminate the error caused by different steel balls. This research has successfully solved the difficulties and problems of laser alignment technology in precise benchmark measurement, which is the first technological creation at leading level in domestic aerospace industry. The achievement of the research has played important role in XB rocket sled rail debugging and expansion engineering, which can be promoted and applied in similar benchmark precise measurement.
