With a total length of 900m and width of 15.5m to 18.4m, it is a concrete cable-stayed bridge with dual double-lane, single pylon and double planes. It has 13 groups of  stay cables and the main pylon is as tall as 72.3m, which is the largest cable-stayed bridge in Dalian. The novel design and breathtaking appearance of the bridge has made it a bright landscape in Binhai Road of Dalian, which plays an important role to further develop Bohai Coast Resort Area and drive economy in Bohai Bay.
