It has created a record for the span of cable-stayed bridge with composite girders at that time when it was built. With a total length of 1185m, the main bridge is a double-pylon double-plane cable-stayed bridge with composite girders. The main pylon and main girder are connected by semi-floating method. It is the first time that cable stay anchor plate anchorage was adopted in China.
