It has the largest span among its type in the world. With a total length of 2.2km, the bridge has municipal function with the level-1 standard of highway. The main bridge is a 730m double-pylon steel composite girder cable-stayed bridge with dual 6-lane. Asymmetrical cable stay structure with double-plane for main span and single-plane for anchor span was firstly adopted in the bridge.
