It is a municipal bridge connecting two banks of Yellow River in Wuhai with a level-1  standard of highway. The overall length is 6151.683m with 760m for the main bridge whose structure is (80+5×120+80)m partially cable-stayed. The bridge has dual 6-lane highway, bicycle lanes and sidewalks, which adds to the whole width of 37m.
