With a main span of 880m, the bridge is a single-span suspension bridge with steel box girders, which is used as an urban expressway with designed speed of 80km/h. The bridge is dual 8-lane with 2.0m wide sidewalks on both sides. The main pylon is in classical arch with door-frame structure and flat streamlined closed steel box girders are used for construction. The total width is 42m.
